Why can't people follow directions?
Sep. 17th, 2002 02:06 pmI am STILL working on those damn reports from last week. I haven't received information from one guy, and he says he'll get it to me by Thursday... His deadline was the 5th of the month! Ugh!
Than, as I am working on finishing another group's information I notice that the information in my template has been changed by the person sending me the data. My templates are sent out so that all they have to do is type the numbers in the little boxes - that's all. Than they send it to me and I cut and paste it into my spreadsheet. What's the point of sending out a template if people are going to change it? Now I have to manually enter info into the spreadsheet, a big fuckin' waste of time, and it aggravates me to the point where I want to go to their office and smack them upside the head (it's a good thing they are on the East Coast, while I am on the West Coast - my arms aren't long enough to slap them from this distance).
Hemlock anyone?
