New Years Resolution
Jan. 2nd, 2007 12:28 pmOkay, I'm back on the wagon... This isn't a resolution, because I hate resolutions. This is simply a reaffirmation of what I already know I need to do.
Today I am attempting to eat five or six smaller meals rather than three. This morning I had Total cereal before I went out the door. Around 9ish I had a Slim Fast Optima. I just ate my leftover spaghetti with meatballs for lunch. I have an orange for later, and I brought an extra shake in case I get a bit peckish on the way home today. I am also cutting way back on my soda intake. I love Diet Coke too much, but I figure if I limit myself to just one can a day until my supply runs out, after it is gone we won't buy any more for a while.
So far I am feeling good... Not hungry... So that is a big help. I really need to focus on this, especially after watching The Biggest Loser Marathon on Bravo - seeing how dramaticly different these people look after their massive weight loss. Sure, I know I won't lose weight as fast as they did because lets face it - I hate exercise. I mean, I will fit it into my schedule, but nothing as drastic as five hours a day like they do on the show. I also need to revisit my diet journal. The main reason that is still there is so I can read another friend's journal.
