Mindy's colleague from work wants to move to Kernersville so last night we took her to see some of the nicer parts of the area and some apartmemnts that look promising. As usual, Emily was all over her, and Kristen (that is Mindy's co-worker) ate it up. Afterward we stopped off at Amalfi's and had a bite to eat. As always, the food was excellent, but the service from the waiter was lacking.

To top off the evening? Watching lauralou_who on the news talking about her neighbor's Christmas Lights that you can control via the web! (You can Control the Show Here) Despite what she says in her journal, I though she looked cute in her sweater talking about how the whole concept kinda went over her head... Althoough I thought the news guy she thought was cute looked like Ken Jennings of Jeopardy fame.

This morning as I came into work we have a harpist accompanied by a clarinet playing Christmas tunes in the lobby. I can hear the sounds in the air from my cell, er, cube...
