Poor Jensen...  He's been dealing with diareha all weekend and because of it his little bum turned a shade of red that resembled one of my worse sunburns.  It's getting better, but I just feel bad for the little guy.  We've concocted our own special brand of diaper creme - part zinc oxide, part cortisone and part anti-fungal.  Emily's former doctor once prescribed it to us, but also told us how to make it ourself if we didn't want to pay for an actual prescription, and it seems to be working for him.  One of the other remedies we have been using is just letting him air-dry with no clothes, which he seems to like a lot!  We laid out a bunch of towels on the floor and let him roll around, and he also showed us that he is also very close to crawling.  I like to take his favorite toy or pacifier and move it out in front of him and he'll work his way over.  He's managed to get his butt in the air a number of times, he just needs to figure out that getting up on his hands will help the process along.

With all this aching bootie action on Jensen's part, he has been waking up multiple times in the night all weekend.  I haven't had a full nights sleep all weekend.  I am hoping to get at least five straight hours, barring multiple interruptions.
