Time for an update...

My expense reports for September are all done and submitted... One last thing to worry about until next month!

This weekend Emily has decided that potty training can be fun, and she went all weekend peeing in her potty. Each time she did it, she was verbally praised by both Mommy and Daddy - than Daddy scored her some pocket change for her piggy bank. Now, before you all question my method of positive reinforcement keep in mind that this money is for college. So basically she is pissing her way toward higher education. The next step? Crapping all over her alma mater!

The fair sucked ass. We decided to go when there was a game at Wake Forest, so the traffic was a nightmare, the prices inflated, and the food was expensive. The most fun I had? Sitting on those $0.25 foot massagers... Oh yeah! I need one of those for the house!!

I scored some new clothes and a gift certificate good for three haircuts and three shaves at a local mens spa/salon. They use old fashioned straight razors and hot towels... I think I am going to have to get all scruffy for the end of the week and use one of my shaves.

My Miami/Fort Lauderdale trip went well. I didn't get to enjoy any Cuban food or a mojito, but next time I am going to make sure I get a little taste of the local cuisine. (I will write more about the trip a little later)

I am supposed to be getting my Palm Pilot this week... Yet one more way for me to keep track of all the stuff I have to do at work!

I watched the Smallville Premiere on Tivo this weekend. It kicked ass! Nuff said....

I am interested in how they are going to portray Brainiac. Prf. Fine is obviously not going to be used (unless that liquid merges with him). I am thinking/hoping that they use the Kryptonian artificial intelligence approach... It'll be interesting to say the least!

I don't know enough of the Superman mythos to know if Prof Fine already existed or if he's a Smallville creation. I do know that JM will be playing Prof Fine, and that he is also Braniac. It's going to be a pretty extensive story line because he is contracted for 7-10 episodes and he told some people at Toronto that it would most likely be 10 rather than 7.

Hmmm... Prof. Fine is in the mythos but the Brainiac portion differs depending which way you look at it.
