I just worked out to Mindy's Biggest Loser Workout DVD... I more than doubled the time I worked out yesterday until I felt the need to stop, but that doesn't mean much since I only did it for 5 minutes yesterday.
But it's a start!

I have decided to keep my resolutions simple, and limit them to a couple resolutions so I don't feel so overwhelmed. However, I have also decided that vague resolutions never reach fruition, so I have decided to flesh them out a bit.
Resolution #1 - Lose Weight
Now I hear what you are thinking - "Way to be specific!" However, I will achieve this resolution by adhering to the following SMART goals: 1) Spend 30 minutes each day doing something physical (i.e. Walking, Workout DVD, Etc.), 2) Avoid Fast Food, 3) Eat a huge salad for lunch, and a small one before dinner, 4) Drink a big glass of water in the morning and before bed, 5) Use my Franklin Organizer to track my intake and activity.
These are more specific goals, which will let me realize my big vague goal.
Resolution #2 - Do Something Creative
I am going to take up painting. Or maybe something else, but I am going to create something this year! Something I can hang on the wall, step back with pride and say, "I made that!" And it'll be something worth looking at so that whoever I say that too will say back to me, "Wow! That looks great!" I see the have painting classes at the local A.C. Moore - I think I may have to register and give it a shot.
And there you have it. My goals for 2006. In black and white (or if you are viewing on my new Superman Themed layout, Red, Blue, Yellow and Black).
