payne_n_diazI think we're going to do a Standing Rib Roast for Christmas dinner this year. I just think it sounds good, and Mindy seems to be keen on having one, with some yummy Yorkshire pudding. What will be on your table Christmas Day? Beef? Turkey? Ham? Discuss!
